Where are robotic lawn mowers made? Manufacturers & production origin

Modern robotic lawn mower on a well-kept lawn in a garden
The robotic mower market is growing fast – and increasingly, Chinese brands such as Dreame, Ecovacs and Mammotion are entering with low-cost LiDAR-based models. A few of the most established manufacturers, however, still manufacture in Europe and openly communicate where. On this page, we present two brands that publicly document their production location – including the UK’s largest robotic mower factory.

Good to know: Production origin varies a lot between types of garden equipment. Petrol and battery push mowers are sometimes still assembled in Germany or Austria – robotic mowers are different again: manufacturing has concentrated into a handful of sites across Europe, while some traditional manufacturers have recently moved their robotics division to Asia.
